Provides leadership and oversight for our after-school CubHouse program, ensuring students enjoy a safe, engaging, and enriching experience beyond the classroom. This role works closely with faculty, staff, and community partners to coordinate daily operations, support program development, and foster a welcoming environment for students and families.

Working with small class sizes, teachers build meaningful relationships with students and families while creating supportive, inclusive classrooms grounded in the responsive classroom approach.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming campus environment by supporting the upkeep of school facilities, grounds, and equipment. This hands-on role assists with maintenance and custodial needs, responds to campus requests, and helps ensure our students, families, and staff have a well-maintained space in which to learn and grow.
