Chapel is the heart of our school and everyone looks forward to this special time of prayer, reflection and celebration. This weekly tradition is fundamental to our mission and purpose and a part of our religious instruction. Our chapel services are engaging, meaningful, and student-centered. We welcome and support the spiritual development of all students from diverse faith traditions
Our first through sixth graders gather each Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. for a Eucharist service filled with music and interaction. Our traditional Anglican style service is led by Father Steph Britt, an ordained priest. All students come to the altar rail but are not required to take communion. Students choosing not to take communion receive a blessing instead. Our Early Explorers gather each Tuesday morning at 8:15 a.m. for an age-appropriate service filled with storytelling, music and interaction. Parents, parishioners, alumni, and other members of the community are always welcome to participate.
If you are interested in our school, we invite you to come and participate in one of our weekly chapel services and experience one of our most loved traditions. Spending time at a chapel service will provide great insight to the heart of our school.
School Prayer
Holy Spirit, Lord of love,
Come to our school today.
Work with us and play with us
And hear us when we pray.
Show us how to follow Christ,
In all we think and say and do.
For he was once a child like us,
And all our cares and joys he knew.
Amen.
